Belk and LabCorp CEOs Join HPU’s Board of Advisors

HIGH POINT, N.C., Aug. 26, 2014– High Point University has appointed two of the nation’s leading businessmen to its National Board of Advisors: Tim Belk, chairman and CEO of Belk Stores, and David King, CEO of LabCorp, one of the world’s largest clinical laboratories. Both companies are headquartered in North Carolina, with Belk’s headquarters in Charlotte and LabCorp’s in Burlington.

The board is comprised of leaders in education, Fortune 500 CEOs, and distinguished visionaries who are positively impacting the United States and the world in significant ways. It includesGen.
